How to dial it in

• Water level: start 10–15 mm above the diffuser (≈ 900–1,100 ml), then adjust using the dip-tube steps.
• Heat start: two 26 mm cubes; add a third after 5–7 minutes if needed.
• Purge: one long breath fully clears; short purge for quick flavour resets.
