Xschischa is a German brand that makes something very few others do — food-safe colour powders that go into the water in your shisha base, turning it into something visual.

Founded in 2017 by Eduard "Edu" Dabov, Xschischa sits in a different corner of the shisha world. They don't make pipes, bowls, or coals. Their product is water-dye sparkle powders, candy colour drops, and neon/UV glow dyes — you add a small amount to the water in your base and every pull sends colour and sparkle swirling through the glass.

The effect is purely visual. It doesn't change the flavour, the smoke output, or the session itself. What it does is make the shisha look the part — especially under party lighting or UV black light. Half a teaspoon per bowl is usually enough.

All Xschischa products are manufactured in Germany, food-safe, and free of harmful substances. The powders dissolve cleanly, rinse out easily between sessions, and won't stain most glass bases if you empty and rinse after use.

What does Xschischa actually do?

Will Xschischa change how my shisha tastes or smokes?
No. Xschischa dyes and sparkles only affect the water in the base - they don't touch the tobacco, coals, or airflow. The session tastes and smokes exactly as it would with plain water. The only difference is what you see in the glass.
Will Xschischa stain my shisha base?
Usually not, if you clean up after the session. Empty the base and rinse with warm water once you're done - the dye washes out easily while still wet. Leaving dyed water sitting in the base overnight is where staining risk kicks in, especially on frosted or etched glass. Clean promptly and you'll be fine.
What does Xschischa make besides sparkle powders?
