OVERVIEW

The Premium Way is an online-only store. We do not have a retail shopfront for browsing — however, we offer a collection facility in Knoxfield, VIC for order pickups.


ORDER PROCESSING AND CUT-OFF TIMES

All orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed and despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST will be packed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note: Cut-off times are determined by when our courier partners (Australia Post or Couriers Please) collect from our facility. We always do our best to pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Shipping Cost

Delivery costs within Australia are calculated at checkout based on the location, weight and size of your parcel. Standard, Express and other available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

Free shipping is available on all products under the threshold specified on our site, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please note: if the shipping cost exceeds the free shipping cap due to the weight of the item or a remote delivery area, we may contact you to cover the additional cost before shipping.

Key points:

• The maximum delivery cost covered by The Premium Way is capped at $20. If the cost to send your parcel exceeds $20, we may contact you to cover the difference or cancel your order.
• Shipping is capped at a maximum of 20 kilograms per order. If your order exceeds 20 kg or delivery is not available to your area, please contact us for an accurate quote. We may reach out before fulfilling oversized orders with an updated shipping quote.
• We do not charge any margins, handling fees or markups on shipping. All charges passed on are the exact rates we receive from our courier and delivery partners.
• Free shipping does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders.

Choosing Your Delivery Service

At checkout, you will see all available service options for your delivery. You can choose your preferred courier (such as Australia Post) by adding an order note or replying to the invoice email you receive after placing your order. If no preference is specified, we will select the fastest available service for you.


SAME-DAY DELIVERY (MELBOURNE ONLY)

Same-day delivery is available exclusively for Melbourne customers. To be eligible:

• Place your order before 6:00 PM.
• If eligible, the same-day delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.
• Same-day delivery is available seven days a week.
• Deliveries are typically completed before 9:00 PM.

The same-day delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the distance from our Knoxfield facility. Deliveries may be completed by DoorDash, GoPeople, StarTrack or our own delivery drivers, depending on availability.

Important: We cannot leave items unattended. You or someone over 18 years of age must be present to accept the delivery.


ORDER PICKUP (KNOXFIELD)

We offer order pickup from our Knoxfield facility. To arrange a pickup:

• Select "Pick Up" at the checkout screen.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are typically ready for collection the same day.
• You must wait for the "Ready for Collection" email before visiting the facility.
• Please note: We do not have a storefront to browse — this is a collection facility only.

Any order placed after 6:00 PM will be ready for collection the next day. You can call us on 0499 744 742 to check if a same-day pickup is possible.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES — AUSTRALIA POST (STANDARD ePARCEL)

Delivery times may vary depending on origin, destination, service type and any potential delays. The following are general estimates only:

Australian Capital Territory: 2–3 business days
New South Wales: 2–3 business days
Northern Territory: 3–7 business days
Queensland: 2–4 business days
South Australia: 2–4 business days
Tasmania: 3–6 business days
Victoria: 2–4 business days
Western Australia: 4–6 business days

Australia Post Express orders are generally delivered the next business day. Other services may take longer as indicated above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When you reach the checkout page, you will be presented with various courier options including standard and express. If the auto-calculated shipping cost needs to be adjusted due to the final size or weight of your order, we may contact you to cover the additional fee before shipping. In most cases, the auto-calculation is accurate.

Important information for international orders:

• The Premium Way does not cover import tax, duty charges, customs fees or any other charges imposed by your destination country. You are responsible for checking whether your country imposes import taxes or charges before placing your order.
• International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control.
• All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and other charges relating to customs clearance are the recipient's responsibility.
• The Premium Way is not responsible for any clearing costs, customs duty, or import tax for international orders.

HIGH-RISK ORDERS

The Premium Way reserves the right to cancel any order flagged as high or medium risk by our systems. In such cases, we may require additional verification from you before processing and shipping the order.


SHIPPING INSURANCE

All shipments are insured to ensure timely and secure delivery. If items arrive broken or damaged during transit, you must notify us immediately and no later than 24 hours from delivery.

Please note: Our shipping insurance will not cover any claims raised after 24 hours of delivery. Contact us promptly with photos of the damage and your order details so we can arrange a replacement or exchange.


MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the driver will typically leave a "Sorry We Missed You" card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a nearby depot. Please ensure your email address and mobile number are up to date on your order for accurate tracking notifications.


CUSTOMS, DUTY AND TAX (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

When placing an order from outside Australia, you may be subject to customs clearance procedures, taxes, duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The Premium Way is not responsible for any customs duty, import tax or clearing costs for international orders. Please check with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.
