Where is Shaman charcoal made?

Why is Shaman more expensive than generic coconut charcoal?
Two reasons. First, coconut husk quality varies dramatically - Shaman uses higher-grade raw material with lower ash and fewer impurities. Second, the production process is tightly controlled (proper gas ovens, steady drying temperatures) which produces denser briquettes. You get a hotter, longer per coal, which works out cheaper per session than chasing a cheap brand.
Do Shaman cubes fit a Kaloud Lotus?
Yes. The 26mm cube is exactly the size most HMDs are designed around - a Kaloud Lotus takes 4 cubes comfortably. For foil setups, 26mm cubes work well spread around the bowl. The 28mm XXL cubes fit most HMDs too but run hotter and longer, better for heavier dark-leaf packs.
What's the difference between cubes, XXLs, and hex sticks?
Cubes are the universal shape - 26mm suits most sessions, 28mm XXL runs longer. Hexa sticks are six-sided cylinders about 22mm across and 40–50mm long, heavier than a standard cube, with more surface area in contact with foil or bowl - so they spread heat better for foil sessions but can run too hot for smaller HMDs.
