How to use it
- Set up your bowl and heat management device as usual.
- Put the cage over the top. Make sure it sits flat on the tray.
- Add lit coals through the open top with tongs.
- Let it cool fully before you touch it.
Care for the blue finish
- Brush off the ash after each use.
- Rinse stuck ash off with warm water and a little dish soap.
- Dry it fully before you store it. This protects the colour.
