Fit & Compatibility
Ships with a traditional Egyptian clay bowl compatible with foil. For HMD use, swap to a phunnel bowl with a flat lip - browse our shisha bowl collection for compatible options. Standard KM grommet fittings throughout the multi-piece stem.
Care & Maintenance
- Disassemble the multi-piece stem after each session and rinse every section with warm water.
- Use a thin stem brush to clear residue from the downstem and ice chamber interior.
- Wash the glass base with warm water and lemon juice to remove flavour ghosting.
- Wipe sadaf inlays and metalwork with a soft, dry cloth only - abrasive cleaners damage shell and plating.
- Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly. Store upright in a dry space.

How does the ice chamber work?
Load ice cubes into the chamber at the top of the stem before your session. As smoke passes through, the ice cools it before it reaches the hose, producing smoother and cooler draws. Refill ice as needed during longer sessions.

Every Khalil Mamoon is genuinely handmade in Cairo. Expect minor variation - plating tone, visible weld marks on the stem, small scuffs, and hand-painted glass patterns that differ bottle to bottle. These are not defects. They confirm authenticity. Your piece may also ship with a differently coloured hose or base than our stock photos show, because no two KMs are identical.
Rinse before your first session. KM stems are forged in an open workshop and often carry fine dust or sand residue on the interior. A warm water rinse through the stem with the included brush before your first use is standard practice.
Shipped with extra care - at our cost. Larger KMs may dispatch in two parcels - typically stem in one, glass base and bowl in another - to protect everything in transit. Smaller models travel safely in a single parcel. You pay one flat shipping rate at checkout, and we absorb any additional parcel cost ourselves so your KM arrives safely.
International orders. Due to their size and the need to ship in multiple parcels, Khalil Mamoon shishas aren't available through our standard international checkout. If you're ordering from outside Australia, please contact us first so we can prepare an accurate shipping quote.
Your live delivery options, prices and dates are shown above. We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post registered post: fully tracked, with signature required on delivery. If no one's available to sign, your parcel waits at your local post office for collection. Please allow extra time around public holidays.
For hygiene and safety reasons, shisha pipes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Every order is packed by hand in Melbourne. Glassware and fragile parts are wrapped and cushioned, pipes and stems are boxed snug so nothing shifts in transit, and we check the item is genuine and complete before the box is sealed.
