How to use it
- Fill loosely, 15 to 20 g, up to the top of the centre spire. Do not pack it tight.
- Put your Kaloud Lotus or heat management device on top.
- Put your coals inside the heat management device.
Care for white ceramic
- Let it cool fully before you clean it.
- Rinse the ceramic with warm water. Wash the silicone with warm soapy water. No need to take it apart.
- Never put coals on the silicone.
- Ceramic can crack if dropped hard.
- White ceramic can mark over time. A soft brush keeps it clean.

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is at your cost. Sale items, opened consumables (mouth tips, seals, grommets) and used goods are not eligible.
