What is the difference between glazed and unglazed clay bowls?
Glazed bowls have a smooth, sealed surface that resists flavour absorption and cleans more easily. Unglazed clay absorbs molasses over time, which some smokers prefer for building flavour depth with a dedicated bowl. Glazed is better for switching between flavours frequently.
