Care & Maintenance
- Rinse the D-Glass base with warm water and mild soap after each session - avoid abrasives
- Wipe the stainless steel shaft dry after cleaning to prevent water spotting
- Run warm water through the silicone hose and hang straight to dry
- Keep silicone seals and O-rings lightly greased to maintain airtight connections

Does it include a bowl?
No - the Neo ships without a bowl. Any standard shisha bowl with a compatible grommet will fit. We recommend pairing it with an Oblako Phunnel M for a quality match.
Can I use a different base?
Yes. The Neo features a universal base fitting, so you can swap in most standard hookah bases if you prefer a different look or size.
