Matte black steel and silver screws. The Roll that disappears into a dark setup.
Drop it over the bowl and heat management device and it does two jobs. Wind stays off the coals, so they burn steady and cannot blow off outside, and heat stays around the bowl, so it comes up to temperature sooner.
The Black Matte finish has a fine texture you can feel. Underneath is stainless steel, rolled into a cylinder and held by three silver screws, with the Alpha logo and Attention HOT mark printed in white.
