Why This Shisha Bowl

• Gold-trimmed base is the Ace's signature detail — a gilt band at the bottom of the stem that catches light and reads as considered rather than flashy.
• Four hand-glazed colourways: Ember (terracotta orange with dark splatter), Cobalt (deep blue with yellow pop), Ochre (mustard yellow with dark marble), and Obsidian (glossy black with wine and olive streaks).
• Tapered cone stem with a two-tone raw-and-glazed finish — the stem carries some of the glaze pattern down from the bowl, with raw ceramic exposed further down.
• Rolled saucer rim accepts foil-and-coal setups or universal HMDs with equal ease.
• 258-gram ceramic body balances heat retention against hand-feel — substantial without being excessive.
• Phunnel spire retains shisha juices in the bowl, not in your stem.

Fit & Compatibility

Standard grommet fit — the tapered stem seats cleanly in any bowl port. Rolled rim is compatible with universal HMDs including Kaloud Lotus variants and accepts foil setups without issue.

How to Use It

Loose-pack around the central spire, keeping the spire clear. Foil tightly with pinpricks or seat your HMD on the rim. Two to three lit natural coconut coals, allow three to five minutes to heat, then draw slowly.

Care & Maintenance

• Let the bowl cool completely before handling or cleaning.
• Soak in warm water to loosen residue, then scrub with a soft brush or sponge.
• Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals — they can dull the glaze over time.
• Rinse thoroughly and air-dry before storage to prevent flavour carryover.
• Ceramic is durable but will chip if knocked against hard surfaces — handle with care.

FAQ

Is the gold rim real gold?

No — it's a gilt ceramic finish applied before final firing. It won't chip or wear under normal use but isn't precious metal.

How do the four colourways differ?

Glaze only — the mould, capacity, and performance are identical across all four. Ember is a warm terracotta base with dark marbling, Cobalt is a deep blue with a bright yellow accent inside the spire, Ochre is mustard with dark-grey marble streaks, and Obsidian is a glossy black with subtle wine and olive streaking.

Will the tapered stem fit a traditional Egyptian hookah?

The stem is standard grommet diameter — it fits traditional Egyptian pipes, modern stainless pipes, and most everything between.
