We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days. Regional areas may take a little longer.
You'll see estimated delivery dates and pricing at checkout. These are live rates based on:

Express Shipping — What You Need to Know
Express means faster, but not guaranteed next-day — and here's why:
- We dispatch same-day for all Express orders placed by 2PM on weekdays
- Once it's with the courier, it's out of our hands — delays happen
- If there's a delay, we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf
- Express doesn't always mean overnight, especially outside capital cities

Australia Post Express Post Network
Australia Post offers a Next Business Day Guarantee within their Express Network — between most metro areas (excluding Darwin and parts of Perth). To qualify:
- Orders must be shipped from an Express-capable location
- Lodged by cut-off time (we meet this if you order by 2PM AEST)
- Address must fall within the express delivery zones
If Australia Post fails to deliver on time, they may refund postage — but this refund must be lodged directly with Australia Post. We can't initiate or guarantee that refund on your behalf.
