The Skinny Gold is a minimalist take on a full-size KM, 90 cm of slim polished gold stem, hand-forged in Cairo, with an integrated ice chamber housed in the upper flared section. A quieter aesthetic than the Sharqawi and Shareef lines, with the same wide-bore Egyptian airway running the full length of the stainless steel inner.
Slim Gold Silhouette · Ice Chamber Cooling · Hand-Forged in Cairo
Khalil Mamoon Skinny Gold, 90 cm Slim Gold Ice-Chamber Egyptian Hookah
Why This Shisha Pipe
- Slim tapered gold stem with a minimalist elongated silhouette, distinct from the heavily engraved Shareef and Sharqawi lines in the KM range.
- Integrated ice chamber housed within the upper flared section of the stem, cools smoke before it reaches the base for draws.
- Wide-bore airway through the stainless steel inner delivers the signature open Egyptian draw, low resistance, easy pull.
- 90 cm floor-standing height: full lounge presence in a slim profile rather than a heavy decorated frame.
- Polished gold finish: warm-toned, light-reflective, and quietly premium.
- Complete kit: stem, glass base, Egyptian bowl, KM hose with mouthpiece, base protector, grommets, cleaning brushes, and tongs.
Fit & Compatibility
Standard 1/2" KM hose fitting and standard KM grommet sizing throughout. The supplied bowl works with foil and foil-plus-screen setups. Any phunnel bowl with standard KM grommet fit swaps straight in for heat-management sessions with an HMD.
Care & Maintenance
- Disassemble the multi-piece stem and rinse each section with warm water after each session.
- Use the included stem brush to clear the downstem interior, important for the first rinse before use.
- Drain and rinse the ice chamber after each session to prevent residue build-up.
- Wash the glass base with warm water and a splash of lemon juice to remove flavour ghosting.
- Wipe the exterior finish with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which strip plated and colour-coated finishes.

FAQ
Where is the ice chamber?
It's housed within the upper flared section of the stem, not visible externally because the skinny silhouette integrates it neatly into the upper architecture. Load ice through the top before your session starts.
How does the Skinny Gold compare to the Ice Lotus 1511?
The Ice Lotus is 80 cm with a shorter, slightly more decorated silhouette in polished silver. The Skinny Gold is 90 cm with a slimmer, cleaner profile in polished gold. Both have integrated ice chambers and the same wide-bore Egyptian draw. They target different aesthetics and different heights.
Will the slim frame feel stable?
Yes. The weight sits in the base and the lower hub, not the stem. The slim silhouette is the visual aesthetic, not a structural compromise.

Please Read Before Ordering
Every Khalil Mamoon is genuinely handmade in Cairo. Expect minor variation, plating tone, visible weld marks on the stem, small scuffs, and hand-painted glass patterns that differ bottle to bottle. These are not defects. They confirm authenticity. Your piece may also ship with a differently coloured hose or base than our stock photos show, because no two KMs are identical.
Rinse before your first session. KM stems are forged in an open workshop and often carry fine dust or sand residue on the interior. A warm water rinse through the stem with the included brush before your first use is standard practice.
Shipped with extra care: at our cost. Larger KMs may dispatch in two parcels, typically stem in one, glass base and bowl in another, to protect everything in transit. Smaller models travel safely in a single parcel. You pay one flat shipping rate at checkout, and we absorb any additional parcel cost ourselves so your KM arrives safely.
International orders. Due to their size and the need to ship in multiple parcels, Khalil Mamoon shishas aren't available through our standard international checkout. If you're ordering from outside Australia, please contact us first so we can prepare an accurate shipping quote.
