Fit & Compatibility
The Craft XS grommet fits mini hookahs and compact travel pipes with narrow neck openings. If the grommet feels too tight or doesn't seat fully, try the next size down. If it's loose or the stem wobbles, step up a size.
Care & Maintenance
- Rinse with warm water after each session to prevent residue buildup
- Dry the grommet and the base neck before reassembling - moisture can cause the rubber to slip
- Replace when the rubber loses elasticity, cracks, or no longer creates a firm seal
- Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve rubber integrity

How do I know which size I need?
The right grommet seats snugly in the base neck and holds the stem firmly without excessive force. If your current seal is loose, go one size up. If the stem won't insert smoothly, go one size down. Most standard modern hookahs use a Medium (M) grommet.

If no one's available to sign, your parcel waits at your local post office for collection. Please allow extra time around public holidays.
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is at your cost. Sale items, opened consumables (mouth tips, seals, grommets) and used goods are not eligible.
